AMHERST, Mass.—The Amherst College Concert Choir will present "Matters of the Heart," on Saturday, April 29, at 8 p.m. in Buckley Recital Hall. The concert is free and the public is invited.

The choir, directed by Mallorie Chernin, will perform a program that includes madrigals of Monteverdi, El Arbor del Arvido of Ginastera, The Water is Wide, arranged Yumiko Matsuoka, and Psalm 116: Das ist mir Lieb, by Heinrich Schütz.

Also on the program is the world premiere of Four Miniature Love Songs, by Greg Brown, a member of the Class of 1998 at Amherst College. The assistant conductor is Mara Levi ’99.
