AMHERST, Mass. – The Amherst College Department of Music will present a concert by the Amherst College Jazz Ensemble Friday, Dec. 10, at 8 p.m. in Buckley Recital Hall in the Arms Music Center at Amherst College. This concert is open to the public at no charge. No tickets are required and seating is by general admission.
The Jazz Ensemble, under the direction of Bruce Diehl, will perform music in the classic styles of Duke Ellington and Count Basie as well as new and modern arrangements by current composers and arrangers.
