Ever wonder what happens at Amherst during January? Interterm at the College is a three-week period during the monthlong break when students are given the opportunity to take informal non-credit courses, work on a senior thesis, take part in an internship, participate in community service or take a class at one of the other Five College campuses. Outside of the classrooms and library, though, the broader campus buzzes with activity as well. The Office of Communications’ Rob Mattson captured some photos of the action.
