About the interviewer 
Jeffrey Lawrence '07 is a graduate student in Comparative Literature at Princeton University. He is currently writing a dissertation on anxieties of experience in Latin American and American literature of the early twentieth century. He is also an editor and contributor at elroommate.com, an online collective of readers that reviews contemporary literature in Spanish and Portuguese with a focus on independent publishing houses.
