Fitness & Wellness

People working out outside Fitness and wellness opportunities are limited as we practice social distancing and promote outdoor activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. In-person outdoor Wellness Classes were offered during the fall of 2020 for Amherst College students, requiring sign-up and limiting class sizes to 9 participants. Recreational fitness opportunities are available based on facility hours and season.

Further information will be posted here for the spring 2021 semester and beyond. Also check the additional links below for further information on the Amherst Athletics site.
