Fitness & Wellness

The Athletics Department is pleased to announce that Spring Semester Wellness & Fitness Classes start the week of Monday January 30th! In-person Yoga, Tai Chi, H.I.I.T., Zumba, Barre, Cardio-Drumming, Pickle Ball & Skip to the Beat are all being offered, as well as Zoom Pilates. Classes are drop in, free, and open to all members of our campus community.
