This is just a template and it is my belief that things need to be able to get moved around to accommodate different meeting times for work and my children’s remote learning. Sometimes my workout will be shifted to lunch time or the weekends depending on how the week goes. Work blocks can also be shifted to the weekend now that the kids are home all week. I currently do not have a schedule for the weekend and try to help out around the house and do whatever my wife tells me.
