Classes are offered each semester in two sessions (4-5 weeks each), with sometimes a shorter unit in January.
Session I: early fall
Session II: late fall
Session III: late winter
Session IV: spring
This program emphasizes individual instruction in activities that have a carryover value for lifelong recreational pursuits. These classes include but are not limited to tennis, golf, swimming, running, squash, and physical conditioning and fitness. Registration is required for these classes.
Please fill out the following form in order to pre-register for a class. If the class is not listed that you are interested in, this means it is a Wellness Class and these classes run on a drop-in basis (no registration required).
