All employees with direct deposit can view and print their pay stub online via AC Data. Amherst is encouraging employees to "go green" by choosing not to receive a paper pay stub. If you have direct deposit and would like to discontinue your paper pay stub, simply log on to AC Data and click "Do Not Print My Pay Advice" or contact the payroll office.
The small number of employees who currently receive their compensation by printed check and all casual employees will continue to receive paper pay stubs for the time being.
Employees are encouraged to use direct deposit and online pay stubs as they are more secure and are accessible 24 hours, 7 days a week (with internet access). Pay stub information is available online one day ahead of the funds being deposited in the employee’s bank account. The long term goal is to convert all full-time employees to direct deposit and online pay stubs by the end of the fiscal year.

Summer: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday
Summer hours begin the day after Memorial Day (the last Monday in May) and end on Labor Day (the first Monday in September).
