Starting January 4, 2021, Amherst College has transitioned to Workday for many of the functions previously on ACData, including:
- Address and Telephone
- Name Preferences
- Position Summary
- Leave Plan Summary
- Employee Taxes
ACData provides secure online access to information for faculty, staff, and student employees. Employees on leave with network accounts may also use these services.
Forms may include your personally identifiable information. Please take care to protect your login credentials and follow the College's Acceptable Use Policy. For technical support, contact the IT Help Desk at x2526 or AskIT@amherst.edu.

- Emergency Contact Information
- Pay Advices prior to the week ending 12/26/20, paydate 1/1/21
- W-2 Statements (2020 and 2019)
Using your browser, you may log in to AC Data, which is available from the Campus Web Tools menu located in the upper-right corner of every page on the Amherst website. Click on login. Enter your Amherst network username and password and click submit.
