This session is designed for anyone who actively supervises others.

Greg Manousos, a partner at Morgan, Brown & Joy, LLP who represents the college in employment litigation, will provide an overview of recent developments in employment law under both Massachusetts and federal law. Learn about new laws and regulations, as well as trends and takeaways from recent court cases. The goal of the session is to provide insight into and answer questions about the intersection of employment law, policy and practice.  

Presenter    Greg Manousos, Partner at Morgan, Brown & Joy, LLP

Greg Manousos is a partner of the firm and a member of its management committee. He routinely handles cases in federal and state courts, as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, U.S. Department of Labor, and numerous other enforcement agencies throughout New England and beyond. A significant part of Greg's practice involves providing day-to-day employment law counseling and advice to human resources professionals and in-house counsel. He also regularly conducts sexual harassment and discrimination prevention training for managers and non-supervisory employees of the firm's clients, and he is an MCAD-certified trainer in these areas.
