The term "meditation" often conjures an image of someone sitting in stillness, cross-legged, for long periods of time. While seated, silent meditation is worthwhile, and there are myriad other ways to connect to a sense of inner peace, even in the midst of your work day.
In this workshop experience and practice a variety of accessible meditative techniques -- from walking meditation to specific breathing techniques to even an eating meditation -- to relieve stress and bring a sense of calm to your work life. These easy to learn practices can be incorporated into your daily routines.
