As modern humans we have limited the variety and diversity of movements we engage in on a day to day basis. Sitting at a desk, driving, looking at computer and phone screens ... all of these daily actions can lead to blind spots within our bodies and proprioception.

Filling in these "movement gaps" can drastically improve energy levels, decrease chronic pain, relieve stress, and create an overall improvement in one's quality of life. Participants will learn the basic principles of functional movement, including practical ways to counterbalance common movement habit-patterns.

Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for this workshop.
