Designed to engage participants in critical thought and dialogue regarding disability inclusion in the workplace, this workshop aims to go deeper than the basics to allow participants to consider nuanced yet common situations as they work proactively towards an inclusive culture. Participants will read and discuss a set of case studies on situations involving both visible and invisible disabilities with the goal of being able to identify opportunities for direct intervention as well as proactive approaches to avoiding the exclusionary results depicted in the scenarios.
