Does the phrase "can I offer you some feedback" set you just slightly on edge? Do you want to support your team in making feedback actually feel helpful and productive? In this workshop, we will examine how to offer feedback that is useful to staff,leads to positive change, addresses challenging situations and/or behaviors, and discuss how to best ask for feedback to guide your own growth. We will spend time talking through situations where supervisors offer feedback to staff, and you will leave the session with step-by-step plans for providing and asking for helpful feedback.
