Leadership Essentials has been designed, in collaboration with the Office of Inclusive Leadership, to address the skill development needs of front-line supervisors. Ideally, participants will leave the program with:
- a set of tools and skills that they can use to cultivate a work environment where everyone can thrive and be successful.
- a clearer understanding of and increased confidence in their role as a leader.
- increased self-awareness and self-management skills.
- a strong network of other leaders throughout the Community.
Leadership Essentials is cohort-based and provides a long-term, in-depth development experience. Now in its pilot phase, look for information about the next cohort scheduled to launch in the fall of 2020.
