Restorative Practices at Amherst College (RPAC) is a campus-wide collaborative effort spearheaded by students, administrators, faculty, and staff with the goal of incorporating restorative philosophies and practices into the Amherst College community. RPAC allows us to model our values of diversity, equity, and inclusion, while focusing on relationships, community, and belonging.

By participating in this circle, you will have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of RPAC, engage in dialogue around the connection between identity and bias, and build connections with colleagues. Please indicate in the comment section of the registration form below which session you would like to attend!

We anticipate holding additional “Orientation to Restorative Circles” workshops later in July and August.
