"Somatice Respiratory Integration is designed to educate about the body's rhythms and inner wisdom through focused attention, gentle breath, movement and touch." Donny Epstein

In this workshop we will use breath, movement and touch to explore exercises in order to help reconnect the brain to our body awareness and it's experience of vibration, structure and energy.

If you have been feeling that any stress you are carrying has manifested in your body, this session is for you. You will leave this workshop with an increased sense of connection from the mental to the physical parts of yourself, and techniques to release stress from both.
