In this workshop we will use breath, movement and touch to explore exercises in order to help reconnect the brain to our body awareness and it's experience of vibration, structure and energy. 

If you have been feeling that any stress you are carrying has manifested in your body, this session is for you. You will leave this workshop with an increased sense of connection from the mental to the physical parts of yourself, and techniques to release stress from both.

About the Presenter:

Brenna Werme is a certified Embodyoga® teacher who has been studying since 2000. Brenna is the owner of Embodied Chriopractic in Hadley MA and a Yoga instructor at Yoga Center Amherst, 50/50 Fitness and Nutrition, and F45 Hampshire Meadows. 

Dr. Brenna's classes are fluid and fun with an underlying quiet spine principle, as well as an attention to the body’s fascinating anatomy and physiology. Learn how to move in a fully integrated, safe, fun way, while sparking curiosity and desire into the different body systems. After her class you’ll leave feeling more connected and full of breath, awareness, and life force. She welcomes people of all levels and ages to come play.
