Using plants to treat disease and illness is an ancient practice that continues today as folk medicine. Though allopathic medicine has made some incredible advancements in human wellness, many ailments are still treatable, with far fewer side effects, using herbalism.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • simple ways to integrate plant medicine into your work day
  • tips on using herbs to enhance digestion, keep you calm, and help your memory
  • a variety of effective ways for using common herbs

Tea will be served and all are welcome.
