We are living in the midst of unprecedented demographic shifts that are fundamentally changing the dynamics of the work.  For the first time in history there are five generations working side-by-side in the workplace.  Each of these generations brings a unique set of values, expectations, and preferences related to work.  This session will explore the demographic shift that is underway and identify strategies and tactics to leverage the richness that generational diversity offers.

After this session you will be able to:

  • describe the importance of leveraging the generational diversity present in today’s workplace.
  • identify key characteristics of the five generations in the workplace.
  • recognize implications of these generational differences in the workplace.
  • apply practical strategies for working successfully in a multi-generational workforce.

This session is designed for anyone who actively supervises others.
