Chief Human Resources Officer

Oversees all aspects of the human resources function, including the management of policies, practices and procedures.  Sets the strategic direction of the Office Human Resources, in alignment with the College's mission.

Director of Talent Management

Responsible for the development, implementation and support of talent management processes and programs.  This includes but is not limited to:  employee relations, professional development, recruitment/hiring and onboarding.

Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS

Responsible for the general administration of the College's benefits program for staff and faculty.  Manages leave programs, including accommodations under ADA, and oversees the College's Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Benefits Specialist/HR Systems Analyst

Responsible for all aspects of benefits enrollment, including account maintenance and bill payment.  Serves as the point of contact with IT for the management and execution of a variety of projects in support of the HRIS initiatives.

Provides data stewardship for the College's intergrated HRIS.  Designs, develops and supports complex reporting, including hiring, position classification, compensation, training, and equal employment.

Human Resources Generalist

Supports staff and supervisors in the process of identifying potential candidates to fill our staff vacancies. Provides Employee Relations support.

Responsible for HRIS data entry and reporting, recruitment/hiring and onboarding processes.  In charge of all aspects of casual employment. Handles all aspects of workers' compensation, and immigration.

Training and Development Specialist

Responsible for the creation and implementation of professional development opportunities to support the staff in the achievement of their career goals. Assess department and employee's  training and organizational development needs, and develops programs to address them.

Human Resources Assistant/Receptionist

The Human Resources Assistant is the first point of contact of the office for all staff, faculty, visitors and other members of the College's communtiy.  Assists with the administration of the day-to-day operation of the office.
