When preparing for the arrival of a new employee, it is important to prepare and give the new person a smooth transition to their job, your office and our campus. Please use the Supervisor Checklist for New Hires as well as the resources and articles listed below. All of these resources are intended to expand your thinking about how to conduct an effective and thorough onboarding experience for your new staff member.
