Trustee Appointed Employees

Department heads have the option of using the performance evaluation form for their trustee appointed employees or continuing to use the format you have found to be  successful  in the past.  What is important is the process which encourages two-way communication between you and your trustee appointed employee.  It is an opportunity for you to exchange information, discuss performance and develop goals for the coming year.    A copy of the evaluation should be sent to the head of your department by March 15th  and the final document forwarded to Human Resources by April 1st.  Both the performance evaluation form and the trustee appointed guidelines can be found below.
