Are you off-campus and need to have a document from the OIS shipped to you?

Maybe you've lost your I-20/DS-2019 and need a new one.  Maybe you're working off-campus and need a new travel signature.  Maybe some mail for you was sent to the OIS and you'd like to receive the hardcopies.  Maybe you're an international alum who needs copies of past documents.  Whatever the case may be, you can request shipment of your materials from the OIS by following the steps below.

  1. If you haven't already, reach out to us to request the document or materials that you need.
  2. The first time you request a shipment, create a shipping profile in University Express Mail Shipping (UEMS).

    2. You will continue to use your UEMS account whenever you request a document to be shipped to you from the OIS.  Once created, keep track of your login information for future use.
  3. In your UEMS account, enter your shipping details.  You will be prompted to provide your mailing address and to select your method of shipment and payment. 
  4. The OIS will receive your shipment request immediately from UEMS, and will generally process your shipment in 1-3 business days.
    1. Your shipment's status and tracking information will be available in your UEMS account, and UEMS  customer support can help you if there are any delivery issues.
