The Help Desk is your main point of contact for all the services IT offers. We are located on the first floor of Seeley Mudd. Here's how you can contact us:

When classes are in session and during exam periods IT staff and student workers cover the Help Desk from 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM, with students assuming after-hours and weekend coverage (view the Help Desk schedule).
When classes are not in session and exams are not taking place (fall mid-semester break, Thanksgiving break, winter break/Interterm, and spring break) the Help Desk is open 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM with no extended or weekend hours. During the summer the Help Desk is open 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM, again with no extended or weekend hours.
When classes are not in session the Help Desk closes for college holidays.
On college holidays when classes are in session students workers cover the Help Desk from 10:00 AM until 11:00 PM.
