The Help Desk is your main point of contact for all the services IT offers. We are located on the first floor of Seeley Mudd. During our remote learning period, for the best service we recommend you contact us via

Hours

When classes are in session and during exam periods IT staff and student workers cover the Help Desk from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM

When classes are not in session and exams are not taking place (fall mid-semester break, Thanksgiving break, winter break/Interterm, and spring break) the Help Desk is open 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM with no extended or weekend hours. During the summer the Help Desk is open 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM, again with no extended or weekend hours.

When classes are not in session the Help Desk closes for college holidays.
