AskIT provides several ways to contact the IT Service Desk, which provides general technology support to the College.

Please leave a message if you phone outside of our phone support hours or if we don't answer during our phone support hours as we likely are enaged helping another person.
Our GoogleVoice system will transcribe your message and automatically create an AskIT request from it.
We will respond to your request as soon as we are available to do so. Please note that sometimes the auto transcription makes errors and allowance should be made for that.

Please use our scheduling system to assure someone is available to assist you using the link below. You must be approved to be on campus enter campus buildings. You will need your ID card to enter the building.

Emergency help requests from classes in session have first priority over all other help requests that IT receives. For urgent classroom multimedia support issues contact Classroom Technology Support:
