The Budget Office is located on the second floor of College Hall.

The Budget Office's primary responsibilities include stewarding the annual operating and capital budget processes, projecting revenue and expense items, monitoring the current year budget, conducting ad-hoc financial analyses, and updating and refining the college’s multi-year financial planning model.

Submission Deadlines for FY20:

Capital Budget:  Friday, December 7, 2018

Operating Budget: Monday, February 18, 2019

Preliminary FY20 budget materials will be shared with the board at their January and April meetings, the FY20 budget will be proposed to the board at its May meeting, the budget office plans to distribute budget approval memos to senior staff in June, and the budget office plans to load the FY20 budget into the system in June.


 Finance Office Divisional Liaisons - Each campus division has a liaison in Finance who serves as advisor and main point of contact for divisional budget questions.  The liaisons are:
