The Office of Student Affairs supports you in achieving a rigorous and valuable Amherst education, while enjoying your years at Amherst. We build programs and services that foster an exciting intellectual life, as well as leadership and social experiences, to help you thrive in all aspects of your life. We provide academic, career, personal and social life counseling; developing and implementing support programs; administering the College's student residential and extracurricular resources; participating in the faculty and administrative formulation and evaluation of policies; and assuring that students’ needs are considered in College decisions.
