Flexibility with Attendance Plan

Students with the flexibility with attendance accommodation should reach out to and collaborate with their instructors in each course to determine parameters for the accommodation. Please use the Flexibility with Attendance Planning Sheet to document these conversations. Once the plan is complete, please email a copy to Accessibility Services for documentation purposes.

Personal Care Attendant Policy
