Student placed in Protective Custody by town Police. Subsequent behavior at the police station resulted in criminal charges of Disorderly, Resisting Arrest, and Assault and Battery on a Police Officer. Received 40 hours of community service with the Director of Student Conduct; BASICS Alcohol and Other Drug Education Program; Disciplinary Probation through graduation; Wriiten apology to the Police Department; Restricted from campus social event.

Student was uncooperative when being placed in protective custody after being found unresponsive in a public place. Student was already on probation and had a previous dismissal from the college. Dismissed for one semester; Required to complete alcohol and other drug evaluation with a certified provider.

Student initiated a physical altercation with one student and made verbal threats against two students while intoxicated. The student was also verbally abusive to Campus Police. Suspended for one semester; Required to complete an alcohol and other drug evaluation with a certified provider; Required reflection essay; Disciplinary probation through graduation.

A student under the influence of alcohol was arrested for assault and battery and subsequently provided medical evidence of sleep disorder that caused the altercation. Required to complete an alcohol and other drug evaluation with a certified provider.

Student arrested for disorderly conduct at a campus event. Received disciplinary probation through graduation; Required to complete an alcohol and drug evaluation with a certified provider.

Student verbally abusive to a Campus Police Dispatcher over the telephone. Received disciplinary probation through graduation and assigned 10 hours of community service.

Student initiated a physical altercation with another student who sustained an injury. The incident occurred in a residence hall during a party where alcohol was consumed. Student left the College for a semester; Received disciplinary probation through graduation; Assigned 50 hours of community service, Required to complete a reflection essay on the incident.

A student hit another student during a verbal altercation in a dormitory. Received disciplinary probation through graduation; Assigned 20 hours of community service.

A student engaged in a physical altercation with another student by jumping on and wrestling the student. Removed from college housing; Trespassed from all non-academic buildings on campus; Disciplinary probation through graduation.

An intoxicated student engaged in a physical altercation with another student. The student also smashed the door of their own residence hall to gain entry. Suspension - one semester; Required to participate in alcohol counseling; Disciplinary probation through graduation; Restricted from participating in room draw.

A student was found respinsible for committing an act of domestic abuse by forcefully grabbing and shoving their partner and shouting expletives at them in the middle of an argument. Student had previously been suspended twice – once for breaking a window on a campus police car and a second time for possession of marijuana and related drug paraphernalia. Expelled from the College.

In a series of incidents, while intoxicated a student was verbally aggressive to Campus Police officers and fellow students. Disciplinary probation through graduation; referred for alcohol counseling.

The student was found responsible for physically assaulting another student by initiating a fistfight during a party in a residence hall. Suspended - one year.

While under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a student accosted another student who was passing nearby, made sexually aggressive remarks to them, and attempted to restrain them by grabbing their arms. The Campus Police were called and, when the student resisted coming with them, student was placed under arrest. Dismissed for a minimum of three semesters.
