Spring Transfer Orientation will make your transition to Amherst College easier. This program ensures that you are properly registered for your Spring Semester classes and introduces you to campus community and resources. Activities include meetings and workshops with College representatives and a variety of fun social events. Student leaders and College staff will be there to guide you through the orientation process!

These are required forms in ACData which must be completed. Permissions to access these forms will be available on January 10, 2020. If you are unable to complete these forms online, please feel free to the call the Office of Student Affairs at 1-413-542-2337 to request assistance.
Student Health Forms: Deadline, January 10, 2020
Forms are available for download on the Patient Portal. When completed the forms should be uploaded back to the portal. It is imperative that we receive completed forms by the deadline. If your health file is not complete, you will not be able to register for courses when you arrive on campus! The Health Forms are also in the Portable Document Format (PDF), and you have the option to print, complete, and return these forms in person or via mail. These forms are required components of your pre-registration medical file at Amherst College. Massachusetts Law requires up-to-date immunizations or blood tests verifying immunity.

Housing: Your room assignment will not be made until early or mid January. You will receive an e-mail from us prior to the move-in date, informing you of your housing assignment for the spring semester. The first day you may move into your housing is Wednesday, January 22, 2020 starting at 9 a.m. with your meal plan starting that evening.
