Move-Out 2024

Dear Student,

As we have consistently shared throughout the year, non-graduating students must move out of the residence halls by noon on Saturday, May 18, 2024. Graduating students must move out by 5:00 pm on Sunday, May 26, 2024.

We ask all students to let us know when you have moved out by completing the:

Families, alumni, and guests will utilize our residence halls shortly after your departure, and we need to plan accordingly. Please note that all students must return their keys upon departure. Drop boxes are in each residence hall, 38 Woodside Ave., and the Keefe Campus Center. The failure to return your room key will result in a $75+ lost key charge.

Please consider donating gently used items during move-out to reduce waste—an initiative of the Office of Sustainability. Additionally, Custodial Services will knock on doors and facilitate Trash & Bash between May 6 and May 17, 2024, from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm each day, to gather trash and oversized donation items directly from your room.

The College continues to partner with Boomerang Storage to offer door-to-door storage service at students’ expense. Storage terms include:

  • NEW: Transitional Storage (for spring residents leaving between spring and summer periods)
  • Summer, Fall, and Spring

Registration deadline: Wednesday, May 15, 2024

Storage Subsidy: We offer subsidized storage for continuing international students, residents of AK, HI, and PR, as well as students whose total family contribution is $10,000 or less.

Storage subsidy requests deadline: Wednesday, May 7, 2024.

Have a wonderful rest of the semester. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns in the meantime.
