I don't hide the fact that I love science and especially chemistry.  My credit card has a copy of the periodic table.  I can gaze at a periodic table with fondness, remembering stories about so many of the elements that it is a bit like looking at a family scrapbook.  I even MARRIED a chemist.  So, it is with pride that I try to share this excitement to others: grade school children, book clubs, and most importantly teachers in elementary and secondary schools.  I have worked with them to help keep them up to date with their science and share new and interesting findings and laboratories by offering Saturday or summer workshops.
