Research Interests

I am interested in English poetry and fiction from the past few centuries with emphasis on the twentieth century.

Teaching Interests

I teach modern American poetry, major English writers from the seventeenth through the nineteenth centuries, Shakespeare, and a seminar on twentieth-century Anglo-American critics.
