Internet Strategy Group

The Internet Strategy Group (ISG) "was created in November 2004 to review and recommend how Amherst College, over the next three to five years, should envision and manage its use of the Internet." On this site you will find the ISG's meeting minutes and announcements. Note that agendas and meeting notes are only available to members of the college community - you will need to log in to access these materials, using the login link to your right.

Decisions concerning technology and its uses affect most everyone on campus. The following are some of the groups created to provide direction to the College's technology initiatives.

CORE Team: Provides input to Administrative Information Services regarding the College's Ellucian Colleague administrative database system.

Faculty Computing Committee: Provides input and direction to IT in general and ATS in particular concerning the uses of technology in education and research.
