The Ombuds Office is a safe resource for Faculty, Staff and Administrators to privately discuss questions, concerns and disputes. The Ombuds can help find solutions, options and strategies for dealing with issues, make referrals to other resources, assist in gathering information, help clarify alternatives, provide training and coaching in conflict resolution skills to groups and individuals and provide facilitation for difficult conversations.
