Equipment Use by Student Organizations

Academic Technology Services provides equipment use for student organizations for screenings in a limited way. For student organizations who want to show a film, the first thing to do is to reserve a classroom with the Room Reservations in Public Affairs:  x8269 during the hours of Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Plan ahead! After you receive a  room reservation confirmation, contact ATS at 2149, 2908 or 5370 and arrange for a short 5 minute training session on using the equipment in the classroom.
