Seven Amherst College Seniors and Alumni Awarded Fulbright Fellowships for Study and Teaching

AMHERST, Mass.—Four Amherst College seniors and three alumni have been awarded J. William Fulbright Fellowships for study and teaching abroad during the 2009-10 academic year. The winners include Martin Aguilera ’09, Sarah Bass ’06, Raj Borsellino ’09E, Jesse Corradi ’08, Suzanne Hulick ’09, Kelly Rich ’08 and Jennifer Suh ’09E.

Joy Miller To Study Indigenous Cultural Identity in Peru on Fulbright Grant

William Fulbright Fellowship for postgraduate study overseas. Miller will study the nature of indigenous identity in Peru, and its connections to the state and popular culture. Miller is the daughter of Cathryn Ann Miller of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
