Please keep in mind the requirements of working as an usher. You will be the first point of contact guests will have with College staff at our events. As such, you should be "dressed to impress", friendly and knowledgable, and prepared to work on your feet for up to several hours. A member of our staff will contact you with more specific details regarding the upcoming event if you are selected as an usher. Sending Jobs To Campus Print & Mail

How to submit print jobs.

 

Through our new Online Ordering System, you are able to easily submit jobs and be sure that we will print them accurately.

We are also able to work from a hard copy or file submitted on CD/DVD or Flash Drive, but digital files will reproduce at a higher quality.

All print jobs MUST be sent in through the online ordering system. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT JOBS SENT IN THROUGH EMAIL AND THE PDF WORK ORDER FORM!

Check Clerks – Office of the AAS Treasurer

The Office of the Association of Amherst Students (AAS) Treasurer is seeking part-time check clerks for the 2013-2014 academic year. The AAS Treasurer administers and manages the student government’s one million dollar operating budget. Check clerks will assist the AAS Treasurer with clerical duties that are important to efficiently and effectively dispersing funds.
