Dan Murillo

My name is Dan Murillo.  I was born on March 8, 1981 in Torrance, California.  I had chubby cheeks when I was born that have long since faded.  I played a lot of soccer growing up but that has also faded.  Nowadays I spend my time thinking about how computer technology can help morph the world into a place where we can spend more time doing interesting things like hitchhiking through India, scuba diving with sharks in Zanzibar and playing guitar with Tibetan monks.

A few other tidbits about me:

I studied Computer Science at Amherst.  I lived in India for a while.  My parents are from Latin America.  I play guitar and sing.  I dance.  I play golf.  I got an MBA at Stanford.  I speak Spanish fluently.  I drive a convertible.  My favorite shape is a triangle.  I like the sound of crunching carrots.  My parents are wonderful.  My sister is wonderful.  I work in venture capital.  My favorite food is tacos al pastor.  I can do tricks on skis. I once saw a dog on a skateboard.
