Amherst Grad Sets up Studio in North Carolina
My name is Jonathan Schneider, and I graduated in the fall of 2003. After living in New Orleans for awhile, I relocated to Durham, North Carolina, where I have been blessed to find a good part-time job, beautiful studio space, and supportive friends.
I make paintings in a variety of styles. I often create bold, colorful abstracts. However, I have also completed commissions for detailed portraits and landscapes. I like to try different things without getting stuck in one mode.
