The Five College Diversity and Dialogue Initiatives Group is proud to announce An Unfinished Conversation, a new educational program designed by StirFry Seminars, to support diversity and cross-cultural communication training initiatives across the Five Colleges. This program can help our students, staff and administrators co-create a strong sense of community and build trusting relationships with one another. As our schools are also nested within a larger city and regional area, this program can help build stronger ties to the greater community at large.

The program, An Unfinished Conversation, begins with an interactive morning keynote. Following the keynote, students get one-on-one attention in our Student Dialogue Group. After lunch, faculty and staff get one-on-one support, learning to create culturally responsive classrooms and schools in our Faculty & Staff Training. The program concludes with a Community Film Showing & Diversity Dialogue, where participants will get the opportunity to view one of StirFry’s award-winning documentary films and to have an open and authentic diversity dialogue with the film’s director, Lee Mun Wah.
