Performance Management Process (PMP) 2019-20

After consulting with a number of groups on campus, including the Employee Council and the PMP Working Group, we have decided to move forward with a streamlined PMP in consideration of the challenges of remote work and social distancing.  Even during this trying time, we confirmed a very strong desire to not miss the opportunity to acknowledge and recognize the great work and contributions of the staff. Please visit the PMP 2019-20 page for more information and to begin the review process.  

Exempt Staff Leave Accural Forms Due June 15, 2020

Exempt staff must work with their supervisors/chairs to update and approve their accrual balance(s) as of June 30, 2020. To provide this information, use one of the Excel spreadsheets found in the link below. You should also complete the Sick/Family Medical Leave (sick days) and reserve bank (if applicable) sections. Supervisors/chairs should submit all approved balances to hr@amherst.edu by June 15, 2020. Please note: if an exempt leave accrual form is not submitted, we will assume you do not have any vacation or family medical leave days to roll over to the new fiscal year.
