Responsible for the development, implementation and support of talent management processes and programs.  This includes but is not limited to:  employee relations, professional development, recruitment/hiring and onboarding.

Responsible for the general administration of the College's compensation and benefits programs for staff and faculty.  Manages leave programs, including accommodations under ADA, and oversees the College's Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Benefits Specialist/HR Systems Analyst

Responsible for all aspects of benefits enrollment, including account maintenance and bill payment.  Serves as the point of contact with IT for the management and execution of a variety of projects in support of the HRIS initiatives. Notary public.

Provides data stewardship for the College's intergrated Human Resources Information System (HRIS).  Designs, develops and supports complex reporting, including hiring, position classification, compensation, training, and equal employment.

Responsible for the creation and implementation of professional development opportunities to support the staff in the achievement of their career goals. Assess department and employee's  training and organizational development needs, and develops programs to address them.

Working on a special role, the Human Resources Assistant/Outreach Coordinator plans and implements events and activities to strengthen employee relations and support the College’s efforts to build community.
