Journal writing in particular enables us to reflect on and to integrate past experiences. Stop by to learn about a range of practical suggestions for how to get started on journal writing as part of the process of recovering from what we have endured. We will have information on a number of ways you can journal including bullet and gratitude journaling. Drop in to tent #4 on the Val Quad to learn about how journaling can be a powerful tool for developing self-understanding. The first 150 students will receive a journal and pen.
