Farming together is a great way to form connections and build community. This is in part because the tasks are repetitive, grounding, and give a sense of accomplishment. Many farmers have “winter hobbies” which possess the same qualities to fill the dark months between fall harvest and spring seeding.

Join campus farmers Kaylee & Julia for virtual crochet and embroidery lessons. Open to all Amherst students, both on campus and remote, on a first come first served basis. Supplies will be provided.
