Too often, at the end of a program or initiative, we conduct assessments that ultimately do not lead to positive change, do not give us useful information or we simply do not assess at all. This workshop will introduce the I Like, I Wish, I Wonder framework as a method for post-program assessment which leads to helpful and applicable feedback. We will process why this framework is different from a simple “what worked?” and “what did not work” binary, how to apply the framework to a current program, and how to interpret the data you receive.
