This will be a full-body, fast-paced cardio/strength workout.  Build your cardiovascular fitness through high-intensity exercises while improving overall muscle strength and endurance.  You will find balance, strength and power as you train your athleticism - be prepared to challenge yourself and leave class feeling stronger! Led by J. Lapachinski.
