The objective of the Running Network is to create a supportive environment for a wide range of runners. Marathon runners to those who aim to complete their first 5k are welcome to share ideas, motivate each other and explore new running routes. This is not a 'competitive' group training for races. We are interested in setting and achieving our individual running and health goals. We will become strong runners by sharing overall health concepts, work out routines and running strategies. The group is fun, casual and consists of runners with positive attitudes.
