Team

We are a small, tight-knit team of seven. Our team is structured to support our bottom-up, relationship-focused and long-term approach to investing.  Team members value deep relationship building and independent thinking. We don't have point targets to asset classes, so our process requires assessing manager opportunities across the entire portfolio. As a result, investment team members are curious across all types of investments. With that said, most of us have focus areas, where we have built specialized knowledge and networks.

We love building community, with the College, alums, and the endowment ecosystem. We have an intern program every summer, which welcomes three rising juniors to our office.  Each fall, we have a joint program with the Sustainability Office, wherein a sustainability intern researches a project at the intersection of investments and sustainability. This year, we are launching an analyst program, recruiting from the senior class at the College.
