Sending Jobs To Campus Print & Mail

How to submit jobs & store orders.

 

Through our new Online Ordering System, you are able to easily submit print and mail jobs and be sure that we will print them accurately. With the new system you can place Store orders for supplies - paper, envelopes, labels, etc.

We are also able to work from a hard copy or file submitted on CD/DVD or Flash Drive, but digital files will reproduce at a higher quality and are preferred.

All print jobs MUST be sent in through the online ordering system. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT JOBS SENT IN THROUGH EMAIL AND THE PDF WORK ORDER FORM!

Registration:

Before you can submit a job/file, you will need to do a one-time registration.
The site can be reached at https://amherst.webdeskprint.com. The registration process only takes a few minutes and CPM staff will let you know by email when your registration is complete.

To register, click on Login Using Your Amherst Username and Password button and make sure to complete all fields
Site = Department (If you are a Student, select STUDENT as the site)
Site Mail Stop or Area = AC Box #
Site Address =  On campus address

After registration is confirmed you will be able to visit the website at any time, sign in using your Amherst log-in, and follow the online instructions for sending in a print job from the NEW ORDER drop down at the top of the page. Once complete, you will get a cost of the job BUT THIS IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE. Cost may need to be altered due to errors in ordering and/or changes to order. If you need an exact estimate, please call to speak with us.

After submitting a job, you will receive automatic email notifications from us once your job is reviewed, approved, and placed in our production schedule. Once your job is complete you will receive notification it has been finished and is ready for pickup or delivery.
